At Retroid Pocket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming experience. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Retroid device in its original packaging, including all cables, SD cards, and manuals that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
