How long does shipping typically take?

International shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method (4PX or DHL). Please note that pre-order items may have longer lead times.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. If the device is defective upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or repair.

Does the console come with pre-loaded games?

No, Retroid Pocket consoles do not come with pre-loaded game ROMs. Users are responsible for providing their own legally obtained game files to use with the device's emulators.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay for a secure and seamless checkout process.

Do I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their local government. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and vary by country.
